Wellbeing Should Not Be a Luxury
A Founding Principle
Most eco-communities begin with beautiful intentions — sustainability, wellness, connection to nature. But many end up with one hidden problem: they are too expensive for the very people who care most about living this way.
At Pura Vida EcoVillage, breaking that barrier is part of our core design.
Regenerative living should not be reserved for the wealthy. It should be structured intelligently so that more eco-conscious individuals — creators, educators, remote workers, young families — can participate.
Our model makes this possible in 3 three ways.
FIRST, we use advanced 3D construction technology to lower build costs without lowering quality. This increases efficiency, reduces waste, and creates durable homes at a more accessible price point.
SECOND, we intentionally design multiple home types — from larger eco-luxury villas to smaller, beautifully designed high-efficiency homes. These compact residences share the same land, amenities, and community benefits, but at a lower financial entry level.
THIRD, our phased development and disciplined capital structure keep land costs low and prevent speculative pricing from driving values beyond reach.
This is not charity. It is strategic resilience.
Communities with thoughtful economic diversity are stronger, more stable, and more aligned with long-term stewardship. By widening access, we protect both the mission and the asset value.
